Working With the Contract Status Page for Head Contractors

The Contract Status page displays the following information:

  1. Guided Tour: The Guided Tour walks you through the latest key updates on the Contract Status page.
  2. Information Icon: Choose this option to display the location, contact and vendor ID of the project.
  3. Print Icon: Select to view a PDF version of the page.
  4. Links: Access other relevant pages.
    • Contract Maintenance
    • Subcontracts by Organisation
    • Variations
    • Change Orders
    • Edit Document Status
    • View Document Status
    • View Statutory Declaration Status
    • Manage Statutory Declarations
    • Attachments
  5. Summary Section: Displays a full summary of the contract payment details. It includes a summary of the contract amount, approved progress claims, and payments.   6. Period Section: Period information displays in five separate tables:
    • Pending Progress Claims
    • Payments
    • Variations
    • Tasks
    • Contracts
