Placing a Manual Organisation Level Holds
An organisation level hold places an entire organisation on hold. It will not change any compliance holds already in effect for a Subcontractor.
- Navigate to the Subcontracts by Organisation Page
- From the Organisations menu at the top of the TPM Home Page, choose Search for Subcontractors.
The Subcontracts by Organisation screen displays. - Use the autocomplete feature.
Note: When you start entering an organisation's name, autocomplete shows a drop-down list of matching organisations with accounts on the system.
- Select an organisation from the list to see the Subcontracts by Organisation screen for that Subcontractor.

- From the Organisations menu at the top of the TPM Home Page, choose Search for Subcontractors.
- From the Subcontracts by Organisation page, select the Manage Organisation Level Hold link from the Actions menu. A Manage Hold dialogue box displays.
Note: Only Enterprise and Local Administrators can access the Manage Organisation Level Hold link.
- (Optional) In the Private Comment box, add notes about the hold.
Only other Administrators in your organisation will see the Private Comment when they choose the Manage Organisation Level Hold link.
- Select the Notify Subcontractor tick box. Subcontractors will not know they are on organisation level hold unless you choose Notify Subcontractor.
- (Optional) Enter a comment to include in the notification to the Subcontractor on hold.
- Choose the Hold button.
- The hold is placed on all contracts you have with the Subcontractor. An email will be sent, and a notification will display on the Subcontractor's Contract Status page.
- The hold is placed on all contracts you have with the Subcontractor.
- A notification displays on the Subcontracts by Organisation page.The notification includes the Administrator who placed the hold and the date it was placed.See Subcontracts by Organisation.
