Deactivating User Accounts for Subcontractors
Enterprise Administrators and Local Administrators can deactivate and reactivate user accounts of Local Administrators, Regular and View Only users.
To deactivate an account:
- Navigate to the Edit User Page
When setting up a Subcontractor account, the Edit User Profile page displays immediately after you create a username and password.
- To change your own profile, choose Edit User from under your name at the top of any page.
- To change another profile, access this page through the Edit link on the Browse Users page.
Note: Only Enterprise and Local Administrators may assign permissions to users.
- Select Deactivate User.
Tip:
To reactivate the user account, select Reactivate User.
