Tracking Status of Required Compliance Documents
- Navigate to the Setup Document Requirements Page
A Compliance Manager can choose Set Up Document Requirements under the Compliance Menu at the top of any project screen.
- Use the Standard tab to review requirements for documents that Subcontractors must submit once for a project. This tab is also used to track documents that expire.
For example: A project may require signed Subcontracts or Public Liability Insurance.
- Use the Recurring tab to review requirements for documents a Subcontractor must submit periodically. These must be submitted daily, weekly, monthly, or on a per period basis.
Tip:
Prime Subcontractors can use the Add Requirement button to add document compliance requirements for Sub-Tier Subcontractors. Contact Oracle Support for help adding document requirements.
