Generating a Variation Register Report as a Subcontractor

As a Subcontractor, you can view the variation register across your project and subcontracts by generating the Variation Register Report. It shows the variations that are assigned to you and the variations that have been approved/rejected for your Subcontractors.

To generate a Variation Register Report from the Variation Register tab:

Navigate to the Variations Page
- From the My Contract menu at the top of any project page, select the My Variations link.
- If you are a Prime Subcontractor with an on-system Sub-Tier Subcontractor working for you, select the Subcontract Variations link from the Subcontracts menu at the top of any page to go to the Subcontract Variations tab of the Variations page. You can only access the page in this way if you have Sub-Tiers with a contract on the application.
Select the Variation Register tab.
From the Variation Register tab, select the Generate Report link from the Reporting icon.
A Status page displays.
From the Status page, select the here link.
The View Reports page displays. A link to the generated report displays in the table.
