Organisation Profiles for Head Contractors

As a Head Contractor or Owner, you can use several legal entities on the application. Each entity links to the primary organisation and has its own name, address, ABN, and bank account. Add these legal entities as secondary organisations on the system.

Use the Organisation Profiles page to view and manage the organisation profiles you use on Textura. Every Head Contractor sets up one primary organisation as a part of the Account Setup Workflow, but if you require a different funding organisation for specific projects, you can create additional organisation profiles from this page.

The page lists all organisation profiles on the left and displays the projects currently connected to the selected profile on the right. You can add, delete, or edit funding information for your organisations at any time.

Note: You cannot delete your primary organisation or organisations which are currently set up to fund an active project.

To use a different legal entity on a project, select it from Project Funding pane, available from both the Organisation Profiles page and the Project Settings project menu. Once selected, the secondary organisation displays on billing documents and is used for EFT disbursements.
