Working with the Organisation Profiles Page

A General Contractor's Organization Profiles page with numbered page elements

  1. Organisation Search: Enter an organisation name or details to search for one of your specific organisations. You can search by organisation name or address information.
  2. Add and Delete Buttons: Click the Add Icon Add Icon to create a new organisation to use to fund a project. You will use the Add Secondary Organisation page to enter location, contact, address, and banking information for the new entity.

    Click Delete to delete a selected organisation. You cannot delete your primary organisation or an organisation currently linked to a project.

  3. Organisation List: Displays the name and address information of all your organisations on Textura. The primary organisation always appears at the top of the list. Additional organisations are listed by when they were last created or updated. Select an organisation to view the names of the projects currently receiving funding from that profile.
  4. Edit: Select the Edit link to update the address, ethnicity, project translation, or banking details of the highlighted organisation. When you edit your primary organisation, you will use the My Organisation Profile page. You edit additional organisations on the Edit Secondary Organisation page.
  5. Project Search: Enter a partial or full name of a project to narrow the list of results displayed on the page.
  6. Project Status Toggle: Choose to view either Active or Inactive projects. The page defaults to listing the names of your organisation's active projects.
  7. Project Table: Lists all projects currently funded by the selected organisation.
  8. WhitePencilIcon Edit Project Funding: Click the WhitePencilIcon Edit Icon to open the Project Funding pane. You will use the Project Funding pane to select an organisation to fund the selected project.

    Note: By default, Enterprise and Local Administrators can update project funding. If your organisation uses the Project funding edited by enterprise admins only organisation setting, only Enterprise Administrators can access the Project Funding pane.
