Deleting Unaccepted Subcontracts

A subcontract can be deleted before it is accepted by the Subcontractor. After creating a subcontract, the Delete Contract button displays on the Contract Maintenance page.

Caution: Once a Subcontractor accepts a contract, you cannot delete it.

Contact your Textura implementation team if you think you need to remove a confirmed contract.

To delete a subcontract:

Navigate to the Contract Maintenance Page
- From the Subcontract List page, select the Pencil icon.
- From the Edit Contracts tab of the Edit Work Breakdown page, choose the New link to go to the Contract Maintenance page for a new subcontract.
Select Delete Subcontract.
A confirmation dialogue appears.
From the confirmation dialogue box, select OK.
A Status page then confirms the contract has been deleted.
