Sending a Disbursement Notification

To send an email to the project team:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Period Payments Page
  2. From the Manage Period Payments page, select the Notify Project Team tick box.
  3. Enter a comment to include in the body of the email.
  4. Select the Disburse Selected button.

    The email is sent to all project team members.

    Notes:

    • Project team members are users assigned Project Manager, Compliance Manager, Authoriser, and Disburser user roles on the project. 
    • You can send a Disbursement Notification from the Manage Period Payments, Enterprise Wide Disbursement, and Client Funding List pages.
    • If the Notify Project Team tick box is selected, an email is generated – even if the comment box is blank.
