Tracking Required Legal Document Status for Subcontractors

To track required documents as a Prime Subcontractor:

  1. Navigate to the Set Up Documents Page
  2. Select the Standard tab to review documents that Subcontractors must submit once for a project.
  3. Select the Periodic tab to review documents that Subcontractors must submit on a schedule.
  4. Select the Conditional tab to review documents Subcontractors must submit each time their subcontracts meet a preset condition.

Tip:

Select the Add Requirement button to add document compliance requirements for Sub-Tier Subcontractors. Contact Oracle Support for help adding document requirements.
