Deleting Unaccepted Subcontracts

You can delete a subcontract on the system before it is accepted by the Subcontractor.

Caution: Once a Subcontractor accepts a contract, you cannot delete it.
Contact your Textura implementation team if you think you need to remove a confirmed contract.

To delete a subcontract:

Navigate to the Contract Maintenance Page
- From the Subcontract List page, select the Pencil icon.
- From the Edit Contract tab of the Edit Schedule of Values page, select the New link to go to the Contract Maintenance page for a new subcontract.
Select Delete Subcontract.
From the confirmation dialog box, select Ok.
A Status page confirms the contract has been deleted.
