Setting Up Internal Compliance Tracking

Don't see this column? This feature must be added or removed by a Textura Administrator. Contact your Textura implementation team if you think you need to use this setting.

Caution: Removing the Internal Only organization setting removes the column, but does not affect existing Internal Only requirements. The system continues to track these requirements internally.

To set up internal compliance tracking:

  1. Navigate to the Document Requirements Page
  2. From the Set Up Document Requirements page, add a new standard, periodic, or conditional document requirement.
  3. Complete all required fields.
  4. (Optional) From the Enforcement drop-down, select Withhold Payments to enforce compliance holds.

General Contractor Compliance Managers receive hold-related emails if a Subcontractor's document expires or has an invalid status. The application does not send an email if you set enforcement to Advise Only.

  5. Select the Internal Only check box.
  6. Select Save Settings.

The Internal Only check box changes to a Yes or a No, and you can no longer edit the field. Delete and recreate a requirement without the Internal Only setting to reveal it to Subcontractors.
