Sending a Disbursement Notification

To send an email to the project team:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Draw Payments Page
  2. From the Manage Draw Payments page, select the Notify Project Team check box.
  3. In the text box, enter a comment to include in the body of the email.
  4. Select the Disburse Selected button.

    The email is sent to all project team members.

    Notes:

    • Project team members are users assigned Project Manager, Compliance Manager, Authorizer, and Disburser user roles on the project. 
    • You can send a Disbursement Notification from the Manage Draw Payments, Enterprise Wide Disbursement, and Owner Funding List pages.
    • If the Notify Project Team check box is marked, the application generates an email–even if the comment box is blank.
