Reset e-Sign PIN for Subcontractors

Use the Reset e-Sign PIN page to create or reset a personal identification number. You may need to use a PIN to identify yourself and apply your electronic signature to some documents on the application.

The Reset e-Sign PIN page automatically displays during the account setup workflow if you were assigned the Sign on Behalf of the Company user permission.

Note: Only Subcontractor users with Signer or Notary roles require a PIN. A Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier (LW Sub) will always require a PIN to sign documents. 

Tip

Keep this PIN in a safe location. You will need it to sign all legal documents on the system.
