Updating the e-Sign PIN for Subcontractors
To update your e-Sign PIN on the Reset e-Sign PIN page:
- Navigate to the e-Sign PIN Page
- When setting up an account, the Edit e-Sign PIN page displays after the user profile is completed.
- From the Project Home Page, Status page, or Tasks page, choose the Edit your e-Sign PIN information link to set your PIN.
- Once your PIN is set up, you can reset it. Choose Reset e-Sign PIN from under your name at the top of any page.
- Select the Reset e-Sign PIN from under your name at the top of any page to go to the Reset e-Sign PIN page.
Note: The Reset e-Sign PIN page displays automatically after you edit your user profile as a part of your account setup process.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a 4-6 digit number to use as your PIN for electronically signing documents.
This number is similar to an ATM PIN.
- Enter the number you created in step 2 to verify your PIN.
- Select the Submit button.
A Status page confirms the application updated your PIN.
Note: If your company is already established on the system, this is the last step to complete user setup.
