Set Up Document Requirements

A Compliance Manager can use the Set Up Document Requirements page to track the status of required legal documents from Sub-Tiers or Suppliers.

Standard Requirements: Use the Standard tab to review documents that Subcontractors must submit once for a project. For example, a project may require W-9 Forms or signed subcontracts. This tab is also used to track documents that expire.
Periodic Requirements: Use the Periodic tab to review requirements for documents a Subcontractor must submit on a schedule. These must be submitted daily, weekly, monthly, or on a per draw basis.
Conditional Requirements: Use the Conditional tab to review requirements for documents Subcontractors must submit each time their subcontracts meet a preset condition.
