Compliance Overview for Subcontractors

The Oracle Textura Payment Management system (TPM) facilitates the exchange of documents and information between General Contractors, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, Owner/Developers, and other participants in the construction process. A Compliance Manager tracks compliance on projects.

Document Compliance

General Contractors set up document requirements to track the submission of legal documents. Document requirements provide a view of Subcontractor and Sub-Tier compliance status. General Contractors can choose to apply automatic holds on Subcontractors who are not in compliance.

General Contractors choose the lien waiver settings during project setup.

Note: Lien Waiver compliance for On-System Subcontractors is updated automatically. Off-System and Lien Waiver Only Subcontractors must be updated manually.

Lien Waiver Tracking

General Contractors choose lien waiver settings during project setup. Use actions from the links on the Draw Home Page screen to track lien waivers.
