Manage Retention at Draw Initiation

Refreshed Initiate Draw and Manage Draw Participants screens give Project Managers more visibility and control of the draw initiation process. Table enhancements show draw, retention, and contract details side-by-side to offer a comprehensive snapshot of current project details. Adjust and lock retention at the draw level. If retention percentages are lowered at draw initiation, invoice options with retention billing automatically calculate a retention request based on the new value.

Choose the Full and Final invoice option if a Subcontractor needs to submit a final billing. The system automatically drops retention to 0% and bills the contract at 100% work complete the moment a Subcontractor receives and invitation to bill.

Additionally, Project Managers can now leave the Initiate Draw and Manage Draw Participants screens or log out of the system since draw initiation occurs in the background. The system will send a notification when the draw initiation request concludes.

See when participants submit a final invoice on the Approve Invoice screen.
