Textura Payment Accelerator Program Overview

The Textura Payment Accelerator Program (TPA) is an Oracle solution provided on the Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) system. A TPA enables General Contractors to provide early payments to Subcontractors. The General Contractor collaborates with a Funder and the TPM Implementation Team to configure the program.

The General Contractor still disburses the payment, but the payment is funded by a third party.
On the maturity date, the payment amount is automatically deducted from the General Contractor's account.

Subcontractors are offered enrollment in a TPA based on the program setup and project settings. To prevent Subcontractor from participating in a TPA, you can block enrollment from the Organization TPA Overrides page.

To manage a TPA program, someone in your organization must be assigned Manage TPA permissions. When assigned this permission, the user will also have View All Organization Projects permissions.
