Feature: Introducing a Centralized Location for Invoice Tracking (19.1.0.0)
Beginning this month, Subcontractors can track payment and invoice status across all their assigned projects from a single location on the Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) system.
View details about individual invoices in the Invoice Table. The table includes pending payment, paid, and funded amounts for invoices across all projects on which you have a role. You can also see the payment method and status for each invoice.
Subcontractors with at least one invoice enrolled in a Textura Payment Accelerator (TPA) or a Subcontractor Direct Financing Program (SDF) see additional columns with information about SDF funding and redirections.
Highlights
- See all invoices across all projects on which you have a role from the new My Invoices page.
Note: Enterprise Administrators, Local Administrators, and users with the View All Organization Projects permission see invoices for all projects.
- Navigate to a payment receipt for any funded invoice. Additionally, all payment receipts will now link to the My Invoices page.
- View information about SDF payments and redirections.
