Subcontracts Menu Overview for General Contractors

Use the Subcontracts Menu to create and update subcontracts. You can also manage change orders and Subcontractor settings from this location.

Subcontract List: View Subcontractor subcontracts.
Create Subcontract: Create a contract for an on-system Subcontractor.
Subcontract Change Order: Create a change order for a Subcontractor subcontract. Change orders can be negative or positive in value.
