Starting an Export
To export jobs:
- Navigate to the Integration Home Page
To access this page, choose Integration Home from the Tools menu at the top of any page.
- Select the Export Jobs tab.
- Select the + Export button.
- Select a record type.
The options you see are set by your organization and are based on the TLC adapter your organization uses. If you need to add additional record types, contact your Textura administrator.
You can also choose to export both invoice and payment files.
- This step is applicable for organizations that don't have Textura Link Cloud enabled. Choose the projects you want to include in the export.
- From the Available Projects box, select the >> button to move all listed projects to the Selected Projects box.
- From the Available Projects box, select individual projects to include in the export, and select the > button to move all selected projects to the Selected Projects box. To include multiple projects, hold the shift key and select each project to include.
- Select Export.
Tips
- To remove all projects: from the Selected Projects box, select the << button to move all listed projects back to the Available Projects box.
- To remove individual projects: from the Selected Projects box, select a project and select the < button to move selected projects back to the Available Projects box.
- To include or exclude multiple projects, hold the shift key and select each project.
- Use the filter box under Available Projects or Selected Projects to find a specific project to include or exclude.
