Updating a User Profile for Another Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier User

To update a user profile for another user on the Create User page:

  1. From the Users Menu at the top of the Home page, select Create User.

    The Create User page displays.

  2. In the Details section, complete all fields labeled Required.
  3. Select a user role.

  4. In the Contact Information section, complete all required fields labeled Required.
  5. (Optional) In the Preferences section, select the frequency in which the new user will receive email notifications.
  6. In the Permissions section, select each permission the user should have on the application.
    • Permissions determine how the user can interact with Textura.
    • As a Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier, you need only the following three permissions:
      • Manage Projects
      • Manage Compliance
      • Sign on behalf of the company.
    • Only Enterprise and Local Administrators can assign permissions to other users.
    • If you change user roles or permissions after creating the user profile, the user will receive an email about the change.

      Invoicing and receiving ACH payment through the system? You may need to select a few more user permissions.

  7. Select Create.
    • A User Created message displays.
    • The new user receives an email to complete their account setup.
    • Users can also update their own profiles. The information they can change depends upon which permissions you granted in step 6.
