Updating a User Profile for Another Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier User

To update a user profile for another user on the Create User page:

  1. From the Users Menu at the top of the Home page, select Create User.

    The Create User page displays.

  2. In the User Information section, complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk.
  3. (Optional) Select a user role.

  4. In the Contact Information section, complete all required fields marked with a red asterisk.
  5. (Optional) In the Notification and Permissions section, select email and date formatting settings.
  6. Select each permission the user should have on the application.
    • As a Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier, you only need the following three permissions:
      • Manage Projects
      • Manage Compliance
      • Sign on behalf of the company.
    • Only Enterprise and Local Administrators can assign permissions to other users.
    • If you change user roles or permissions after creating the user profile, the user will receive an email about the change.

      Invoicing and receiving ACH payment through the system? You may need to select a few more user permissions.

  7. Select Save Profile.
    • A Status page confirms the profile has been updated.
    • Users can also update their own profiles. The information they can change depends upon which role you granted in step 3.
