Changing a Contract Classification to General Conditions
You can only set the contract classification for Prime Subcontractors. The classification will apply to the Prime and their Sub-Tier Subcontractors.
To change a Direct contract classification to General Conditions on the Project Classification Tracking page:
- Navigate to the Project Supplier Tracking Page
From the Compliance menu at the top of any project page, select Project Classification Tracking.
- From the Project Classification Tracking page, select the name of the Subcontractor contract you want to change.
An Organization Information dialog box displays.
- From the Organization Information dialog box, select General Conditions.
- Select Save.
The dialog box closes and a confirmation message confirms the application saved your contract business class assignments.
