Changing a Contract Classification to General Conditions

You can only set the contract classification for Prime Subcontractors. The classification will apply to the Prime and their Sub-Tier Subcontractors.

To change a Direct contract classification to General Conditions on the Project Classification Tracking page:

Navigate to the Project Supplier Tracking Page
From the Project Classification Tracking page, select the name of the Subcontractor contract you want to change.
An Organization Information dialog box displays.
From the Organization Information dialog box, select General Conditions.
Select Save.
The dialog box closes and a confirmation message confirms the application saved your contract business class assignments.
