Scheduling an Integration Job
Schedule import and export jobs to run automatically at a specified time interval.
Notes:
- You can set only one schedule for each job type.
- The local time zone associated with your region is used for calculating the time for the job schedule.
To set a schedule:
- Navigate to the Integration Home Page
To access this page, choose Integration Home from the Tools menu at the top of any page.
- Select the Schedule Jobs tab.
- Select the + Add button.
- From the Start drop-down menu, select the type of import or export job for which you want to create a schedule. The options you see are set by your organization. If you need to add additional record types, contact your Textura Administrator.
- Select a schedule.
- At: Select how many minutes past the hour the schedule should start.
- Every: Select how often you want the job to run - every Minute, Hour or Day.
- From: Select the time to start the integration job.
- Until: Select the time at which to stop the integration job.
- On: Select the days you want this schedule to run.
- Select Save. To run the schedule you created, you must enable it. For more information, see topic Enabling or Disabling a Job Schedule.
