Choosing Organization Settings for General Contractors

After completing your organization profile, you can select additional settings for your organization. These settings are optional, and you can change them at any time from the My Organization Settings page.

Tip:

Use the search box at the top of the page to find a specific setting.

To edit your organization settings:

  1. Navigate to the My Organization Settings Page
  2. Select the applicable organization settings.
    • From the Default Date Input Format drop-down, select a date input format the application will use to display date stamps
    • From the Days before passwords expire drop-down menu, select how many days should pass before user passwords expire.
    • (Optional) Add segments to organize projects into custom groups.

    • (Optional) Use the Manage Data Collection button to set up a data consent form that users must accept before saving or updating user profiles on the system.

    • (Optional) Create custom invoice rejection reason text to use on any project.
    • Select a default requirement status for Standard and Periodic document tracking.
    • Select a default expiration tracking status for Standard document tracking.
    • (Optional) Configure Textura Analytics to view snapshots of billings and payments.
    • Choose additional organization settings.

  3. Select the Save Changes button.

    A Success message appears, confirming you saved the page.

  4. (Optional) Select the My Organization Profile link to go to a page to edit your organization profile. For more information, see the topic Updating my Organization Profile.
  5. (Optional) Select the My Integration Settings link to update or view TPM integration settings. For more information, see the Working with Settings Tab topic.

    Notes:

    • The Enable Partial Payments field allows you to view if partial payments has been enabled or disabled. Contact your Textura Administrator if you need to make changes to this setting.
    • To create projects with fixed project fee, contact your Textura Administrator to enable the Enable Fixed Fee Project Fee setting.
