TPA Dashboard Columns Overview

Program

This column is only available when you view invoices belonging to the All <Currency> option in the Program drop-down list.

Note: It is likely you will see either All USD or All CAD.

Project Name

The name of the project for which a Subcontractor submitted a TPA-eligible invoice.

Segment

Only visible if your organization uses segments on projects. Segments are used to organize programs into custom groups.

Project Number

The internal number of the project associated with a TPA-eligible invoice. Project numbers help identify projects on TPM and are entered when you set up a project.

Vendor Name

The name of the Subcontractor organization enrolled in a TPA program.

Draw End Date

The bill-through date for invoiced amounts in the draw.

Status

Displays the current submittal or disbursement status of an invoice enrolled in a TPA.

Funding Amount

The amount of funds owed to a Subcontractor invoice. This value equals the submitted invoice amount less the discount amount agreed upon as part of the TPA program for early payment.

Cutoff Date

The last day a TPA payment must be funded in, lest the invoice funding reverts to ACH for the invoice. This date is based off of either the Draw Period To Date or Invoice Approval Date.

Funded Date

The date you disbursed funds to a TPA-eligible invoice.

Maturity Date

Only visible if the TPA program uses Maturity Payments. The date the last payment for a loan and its interest is due to the lending organization.
