Tracking Compliance Documents with the Oracle assistant for Textura
With a few simple prompts, the Oracle assistant for Textura can help manage your legal documents within Textura.
To submit legal documents with the Oracle assistant for Textura:
- Click the Oracle assistant for Textura icon to open the drawer.
- Enter a prompt about your legal document status or payment holds related to required legal documents.
For example: What compliance document am I missing to release the payment hold?
The Oracle assistant for Textura will display a list of documents you can submit.
- Select one of the listed document options.
An Upload document button displays.
- Click Upload document.
- Use File Explorer to find and select the document you want to upload.
After you select and upload your legal document, the name of the file, including the file extension type, will display in the drawer.
- (Optional) Select the Download icon next to the document's name to view the document you uploaded.
- Click Submit.
- The Oracle assistant for Textura confirms it submitted your legal document and provides a link to the My Document Status page.
- If there are additional legal document requirements, the Oracle assistant for Textura will ask if you want to upload another document.
- Either:
- Click Yes, upload another document.
You will repeat steps three through seven to upload another legal document.
- Click No, I don't want to upload another document.
You do not need to complete any other actions at this time. The General Contractor will need to review and approve your document for your compliance status to change.
- Click Yes, upload another document.
