Viewing the ERP Connection Status

Before You Begin

Before viewing Connection Status, confirm that:

Your organization has selected an accounting package
Your account has the Manage Interfaces permission
Your organization uses a supported TexturaLink adapter
Your customer-hosted adapter meets the minimum supported version
Your organization has configured the integration and ERP connection settings.
Note: If you can access Integration Home but cannot see Connection Status, confirm that your adapter supports it. Contact Textura Support if needed.

To view the ERP Connection Status:

Sign in to Textura.
From the Tools header menu, select Integration Home.
The Integration Home page displays.
From the Integration Home page, select Connection Status.
Review the current status and connection details.
Select Close or the X icon to close the panel.
