E4212 Cmd Rej: Cannot execute command until table initialization complete

The table initialization of the ELOG and UIM logs must complete (the maintenance baseline must be established) before the rtrv-log command can be entered.

Recovery

Re-enter the rtrv-log command when the table initialization of the ELOG and UIM logs has completed.
