E2686 Cmd Rej: Both NPDS and NPDD can not be set to default values

For the chg-sip-npp command, at least one NPDD or NPDS must be specified with non-default (other than 0, NONE) value.

For the ent-sip-npp command, at least one NPDD or NPDS must be specified with non-default (other than 0, NONE) value.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-sip-npp command to display the output of the parameter(s) specified. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide and Database Administration - Features User's Guide for assistance.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters.
