E3396 Cmd Rej: LNP and PPSMS Intercept Ph1 features are mutually exclusive

The PPSMS feature cannot be enabled if the LNP ELAP Configuration feature is turned on, unless the Dual ExAP Config feature is turned on.

Recovery - Enable Only PPSMS

1. Turn off the LNP ELAP Configuration feature. Refer to ELAP Administration and LNP Feature Activation Guide for assistance.
2. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.

Recovery - Enable LNP and PPSMS

1. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to verify the status of the Dual ExAP Config feature. If the Dual ExAP Config feature is not enabled, enter the enable-ctrl-feat command to enable the feature. Enter the chg-ctrl-feat command to turn on the Dual ExAP Config feature.
2. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
