If the data=persist parameter is specified, and if all of the specified cards do not meet the warm restart requirements, then the force parameter must be specified and a full data download may be required. Table 2-6 describes the possible reasons a card may require a full data download:
Table 2-6 Reason that Card Requires a Full Data Download

| NO AUDIT | Unable to perform LNP DB audit. LNP audit not on or excessive number of unknown checksums |
| USER REQUEST | User initiated init-card or init-sys command reload type cold |
| UNKNOWN | Unknown |
| OTHER | Other |

Re-enter the init-card or init-sys command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide for assistance.
