For the ent-slk command, if the loc parameter indicates an ST-HSL-A card, then the t1port parameter must be specified.
For the inh/unhb-alm commands, if the dev=t1port parameter is specified, then the loc and t1port parameters must be specified.
For the rtrv-t1 command, the loc and t1 parameters must be specified together in the command.
