For the ent-slk command, if the loc parameter indicates an SE-HSL card, then the e1port parameter must be specified.
For the inh/unhb-alm commands, if the dev=e1port parameter is specified, then the loc and e1port parameters must be specified.
For the rtrv-e1 command, the loc and e1port parameters must be specified together in the command.
