Store user login failure on web client after version upgrade |
Clear browser cache. SIOCS 19.2 has added custom cache headers which do not allow the web client application to be cached by the browser. Users are required to clear the existing copy of the client that is already cached on their systems by clearing the browser cache before logging into the web client first time after a version update. |

Verify the file incoming directory entry exist in System Configuration table. The value can be viewed via EICS System Configuration screen. Filter by topic "batch" Verify the directory exist in the EICS application server in the location specified in the system configuration The above settings should be setup during EICS installation. If the values are not correct setup, please correct the values and ensure the file incoming directory in system configuration matches in actual physical path in the OS server. |
