Channel Room Types for EQC

All room types that will be sold through the EQC channel need to be added to this list. This room type base table will also prevent accidental creation and duplication of room types that are to be sold. Select Setup>Configuration>Channels>Room Types to access the GDS Room Types screen.

Search Criteria

Enter or select a channel in the Channel field and select the Search button to execute the query and populate the bottom grid based on the search criteria.

Grid

The grid displays a list of room types based on the search criteria. The grid contains the following columns:

• Channel. The channel.
• Ch. Room Type. The channel room type.
• Description. A description of the channel room type.
• Inactive Date. The inactive date of the room type.

Buttons

The Move Up or Move Down buttons allow you to navigate between the channels in the bottom grid. Select the New button to add a new room type, or select the Edit button to edit an existing room type.
