Description. Provides the ability to define and associate a Sales Owner code for each account profile and business block in PMS and ORS. The Owner code can be referenced for filter criteria within reporting and searching within the application. You can allocate multiple Sales Manager Owners for a record based on each profile level (Accounts, Contacts, Potentials, and Business Block.) This is an ideal way for displaying the Sales and Catering Staff relationships with profiles and bookings.

Property Determination. In PMS and ORS, Owner fields are only available if this application function is active. If inactive, this application function hides the Owner fields in PMS and ORS. Owner fields in S&C and SFA are always available, no matter if this application function is active or inactive.
