Profile RFM Scores
The Profile RFM Score screen is a display only screen accessed by selecting the RFM Scores button on the Profile Options menu. The Profile RFM Score screen displays the following information for the profile's RFM scores: the Batch Id, the RFM Code, the RFM score for the profile, the date the score was computed, and the formula used to calculate the score.
Choose from the below search criteria to filter your search results.
RFM Code. Select the down arrow and choose an RFM code from the list of values. These are the RFM codes that were configured in Setup > System Configuration > Profile > RFM. See RFM Configuration for more information.
Batch Id. Select the down arrow and choose a Batch Id from the list of values. This is the ID for the RFM code's processing date.
Computed After. Select the Calendar button and choose a date after which the RFM score was computed to filter results by this date.
Search. Select to display search results in the search results grid.
Clear. Select to clear the search fields.
Batch Id. The Batch ID used to identify the RFM code's processing date.
RFM Code. The RFM code.
RFM Score. The computed score for the RFM code.
Computed Date. The date when the RFM score was computed.
Formula. The formula used to calculate the RFM score.
