Snapshot Types

Select Configuration>Database>Snapshot Types to configure snapshot types. The Snapshot Types screen appears.

Property. Select the down arrow to choose the property to set up snapshot types. By default, the currently logged in property is selected. If you are in a single hotel environment, this field will default with your property code and cannot be changed.

Type. Type of snapshot.

Block Origin. The room grid type where this snapshot is originating. Origins are hard coded and include Original, Current, Available, and Pickup.

Seq. Snapshot type display sequence.

X. An X in this column indicates that this snapshot type is editable.

Add or Edit Snapshot Types

To add a new snapshot type, select the New button. To edit an existing snapshot type, highlight your choice and select the Edit button. The Snapshot Types - New or Snapshot Types - Edit screen appears.

Snapshot Type. Enter the snapshot type in this field. A maximum of 20 characters are supported.

Block Origin. Select the down arrow to choose the room grid type where this snapshot will originate. Origins are hard coded and include Original, Current, Available, and Pickup.

Display Seq. Enter a number to indicate the order in which the snapshot type will be displayed in lists of snapshot types. Snapshot types without a sequence number will be displayed in alphabetical order following those snapshot types that are assigned a sequence number.

Editable. Select this check box if snapshots of this type will be editable.
