Access Support Utility through OPERA V5
In OPERA V5 V5.6.24.0 you can access Support Utility (SU) tool through OPERA Utilities.
Utilities > Tools > Support Utility.
To access support utility, select Utilities > Tools > Support Utility.

If connecting on premise (non-SSD), the user requires the SUPPORT_UTILITY permission to have access.
If connecting to Hosted Multi-tenant (SSD), all generic Support Utility actions can be performed by users with AMS, Consulting, Provisioning, or Support > Support roles. This option is available only if the user uses SSO to sign in.
