E3456 Cmd Rej: LNP ELAP Configuration feature must be ON

The LNP ELAP Configuration feature must be turned on before the following features can be enabled:

• 24 Million LNP ported TNs or greater

• 300,000 LNP ported NPANXXs
• 150,000 LNP ported LRNs

Recovery

1. Display the status of the LNP ELAP Configuration feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
2. Enable and turn on the feature as necessary. Refer to the ELAP Administration and LNP Feature Activation Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
