E3457 Cmd Rej: Perm feature key cannot be turned off for the feature

After a Permanently On feature is turned on, it cannot be turned off with the chg-ctrl-feat command.

Refer to the Database Administration - System Management User's Guide and to the command description in Commands User's Guide for details about turning on and off controlled features with feature access keys. The command description also contains a list of Permanently On features.

Recovery

1. Display the status of controlled features in the system. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
