E4607 Cmd Rej: Linkset referenced by exception historic route

A linkset that is being used by an exception route cannot be deleted.

Recovery

1. Display the exception route settings. Enter the rtrv-rtx command.
2. Delete the exception route references to the specified linkset. Refer to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the dlt-ls command that generated this error message.
