If the maximum quantity PCT feature is already enabled, then a PCT feature of lower quantity cannot be enabled.
Recovery
Display the status of of the PCT feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
If the feature does not appear in the output then the feature is not enabled.
If the maximum quantity PCT feature is enabled, no further action can be taken.
