A PCT quantity feature cannot be enabled if a PCT feature with a higher quantity is already enabled.
Recovery
Display the status of the PCT feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
If the feature does not appear in the output then the feature is not enabled.
If a PCT with a higher quantity than the desired quantity is already enabled, then no further action can be taken.
