E4935 Cmd Rej: Service Must Have Rules to Turn On

The NPP Service must have associated rules associated before the status of the service can be set to ON.

Recovery

1. Display the rules associated with the service. Enter the rtrv-npp-srs command.
2. Provision rules as necessary. Refer to the Numbering Plan Processor (NPP) User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-npp-serv command that generated this message.
