E4936 Cmd Rej: Cannot Modify Service with Rules Provisioned

If the service specified by the srvn parameter references any NPP rules, then the intl, natl, nai1, nai2, and nai3 parameters cannot have a value of none.

Recovery

1. Display the rules associated with the service. Enter the rtrv-npp-srs command.
2. Remove rules as necessary. Refer to the Numbering Plan Processor (NPP) User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-npp-serv command that generated this error message.
