For the ent/chg/dlt/rtrv-appl-rtkey commands, the values specified for the cics and cice parameters must be within the valid range.
For the ent-appl-rtkey command, the si=5 parameter must be specified before the cics and cice parameters can be specified.
For the ent/dlt/rtrv-pct commands, the values specified for the ecics/ecice and rcics/rcice parameters must be within the valid range.
