E2088 Cmd Rej: GTT must be turned ON for IGM

The GTT feature must be turned on before the IS41-GSM Migration (IGM) feature can be enabled.

Note:

Once a feature that is cotnrolled using a feature bit has been turned on, it cannot be turned off.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the GTT feature. Enter the rtrv-feat command.
2. Turn on the feature as necessary. Refer to the Database Administration - GTT User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the enable-ctrl-feat command that generated this error message.
